  My experience with the sales person was great he was a gentleman and knowledgeable and wanted to help. Since I have owned the phone, I constantly have calls dropped, cannot get in touch with anyone from sprint unless I drive there....they don't answer the phone, and I can't talk to a person reference my account when going to sprint.com or calling in for support.....I may have made a huge mistake changing carriers. Its amazing what Sprint assumes the customer requires as far as support!!!
